Hello! 

My name is Jasmin Singh, I'm a photographer specializing in portraiture & environmental photography in the Boston, MA area. I started freelancing in high school, taking senior portraits for upperclassmen, and realized that I adore photographing people. Since then, I've started a business and carried a camera with me wherever I go. I want to capture and preserve the stories that people tell. 

From September 2019 to March 2020, I worked as a student photojournalist for the Boston Globe, photographing high school sports events to supplement coverage published online. In October 2020, my work was exhibited by the Massachusetts chapter of the National Art Initiative and the Committee for Racial Justice in the CommUNITY Art Event to celebrate the community’s artists of color.
